Fixed mismatch between xpos and labels, probably a typo

Na versão original um erro era gerado ao tentar gerar o arquivo shortest_path_2016_2019_psdb. Segue o traceback:

Antes o tanto xpos quanto labels eram gerados baseados no xs2. Agora apenas o xpos, garantindo que xpos e labels tenham sempre o mesmo tamanho.
