Have we defined an enum w/ UknownFlags? Might be nice if we ever rename what UnknownFlags is

There is not one no, but I can go ahead and make one, I mostly was leaning on not as it was the only instance using it yet. I dont have strong feelings about it.

We can get rid of the || 0 here as we always return a number as per https://github.com/codecov/codecov-api/blob/main/graphql_api/types/impacted_file/impacted_file.py#L126C22-L126C22, which follows https://github.com/codecov/codecov-api/blob/main/services/comparison.py#L893. Probably logic copy-pasted from when it wasn't working 👌

* feat: Update impacted files resolver for use pull, connect the flag selector to the api. * update missing logic as requested + unknown flags message to be aligned with repo overview design * Noticed the changing the pull query broke impacted files while smoke testing, dupicated the same compatibility work for the new resolver. * Refactor to use a impacted files enum as requested.

Look, I get it. The entity doing business as "Sentry" was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2015 as Functional Software, Inc. In 2022 this entity acquired Codecov and as result Sentry is going to need some rights from me in order to utilize my contributions in this PR.
