A few comments on the changes made in addition to adding the Tamil language:
I switched source.fixAll.eslint to string "always", VS code expects to have ‘always’, ‘explicit’ or ‘never’ as value
I've corrected the readme that was out of date since make was removed
On Windows, I haven't managed to run the tests other than with the command I modified.
lastly, there are currently 3 KO tests for languages other than Tamil
