Demo-Express v1.0 binary release
The Demo-Express v1.0 binary release is packed based on crosswalk 14.43.343.23 binary,
major updates:
Update the Demo App Name and Icons
DemoEx --> Web API Demo
DemoEx-Em --> Embedding API Demo
DemoEx-Co --> Web API Cordova Demo
For Web API Demo:
Add 2 CSP samples to demostrate the CSP usage and effects from html meta tag and manifest.
Add 2 manifest sample to demostrate the "xwalk_launch_screen", "xwalk_view" tag.
Remove 2 samples of Contact Manager and Shadowdom.
