style: update style and textures for graphic card warning

PR created to update the graphic card warning toast's UI style and fix its missing textures.

Note that

• Texts and containers are bigger
• The colours belong to the guidelines
• The broken textures are visible now (background container, buttons and checkbox)

How to test

1- Open Chrome settings > go to System > disable Hardware acceleration
2- Open this link
3- Once DCL loaded you should be able to see the toast
