This wiki describes the runs associated with the cases investigated in DEODE.

Case study producers

Some basic instruction if your running cases

• If you're not already running on Atos plesae upload the relevant data to ECFS using a path like ec:/USER/DEODE/EXP/YYYY/MM/DD/HH, where USER is your user name, and EXP is the name of your runs(s). Please make sure that all data and directories belongs to the group msdeode.
• Document the data location of your case and other aspects in the Deode Case Meta DataBase (dcmbd). Please follow the instructions in the in the repo dcmdb. Note that the data section should be generated using dcmdb, not manually edited.
• Describe the case and runs in details as a new wiki page and add a reference in the overview

Case study users

If you are a user of the data from the case studies, please use the above mentioned dcmdb to explore the content. Note that the tool is under development so please report bugs and problems.

Useful scripts

A useful script for changing the permissions on ECFS has been added to the repository (ecfs_chgrp).
