Adds email template #128 , this is how it looks:
I commented on some of my code, because I think that it may be hard to grasp quickly.
Email template is integrated for the most part (titles, descriptions and tags are from initiatives, "Перайсцi" buttons are working), but "Адпiсацца" buttons are inactive, since I think that this functional will need more work in the future (creating a page that will send request to unsubscribe user and will notify user that he is unsubscribed).
Also for now we use pictures and fonts from my repository but I will change that to mapa's repository when it will be updated.
