4DVARFullSuite_L95_L63_1d-adv_v2.9 - contains the entire working suite of the 4DVAR and wc4DVAR (both model error (dp) and state estimation (dx)) methods.
wc4DVAR_dxdp_L95L631dadv_v3.0 - is the latest version with newer minimisation algorithms to solve the problem, newer obs regime.
wc4DVARadv_v1.0 - is the wc4DVAR model error (dp) method applied to the linear advection equation only.
