Quartz Oscillator

The Quartz Oscillator acts similar to a vanilla redstone repeater. Any signal input through the back will be delayed for a short time before it's output to the front. To configure the time delay, right-click on the oscillator to open the gui and set the desired delay, in tenths of a second.
