Note: the build issues with Flutter beta are due to a Flutter API change that rolled out new accessors and deprecated the old accessors in the same release. Previously, new accessors would be released in version x, and the old ones would be deprecated in x+1, enabling a transition version for applying fixes without having broken builds in the process.
