User interviews were conducted with various Neighborhood Council members as well as other stakeholders to find out ways to improve the agenda creation process.

  4. Recommended Agenda Language (Includes public input at meetings, public posting for agendas & reconsideration/grievance process)

Based on findings from our user interviews we created multiple user flows of the agenda creation process.
