This PR adds a
resolutionsentry topackage.jsonto let Yarn apply a the proper patch to@safe-global/safe-dependencies. The patch modifies required files to add the addresses of the contracts deployed to Hemi Sepolia. Doing so allows building the Docker images without waiting for upstream to update the dependencies.It also updates the Docker build pipeline to push the images to the
hemilabsorganization.
