Implement Drawer Flow for USDC/USDT Deposits

As a user, I want to navigate thought an intuitive flow when selecting USDC/USDT in the token selection modal, so that I can proceed with deposits via third-party tunnels like Stargate.

1. When a user selects USDC/USDT, a drawer should appear displaying a list of third-party tunnels (initially only Stargate).

• If the user closes the drawer, the token remains selected.
• The CTA should update to read “Tunnel with our partners.”
• Clicking the CTA should reopen the drawer with the third-party partner list.
• Explore the ability to pass both the token and the user-inputted amount through the URL to prepopulate fields in the partner’s interface.

The functionality was implemented, only thing pending is the Stargate URL, which is TBD
