Build docker image

```
docker build . -t intergram intergram
```

And run it with

```
docker run -d \
-e "TELEGRAM_TOKEN=<your bot token>" \
-p 3000:3000 \
--name intergram \
intergram
```

3. Point the bot webhook to your bot server by making a `GET` request to the following url
`https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/setWebhook?url=<Server url>/hook`
