This PR offers two Ruby Installation scripts that are somewhat similar:
bin/install-ruby
is a more straightforward script without any Bashmatic dependencies.bin/install-ruby-interactive
is a more extensive and more verbose script that can also switch to an interactive mode if it can't determine the Ruby Version to install.Both scripts have no dependency on Bashmatic libs, and can perform standalone.
