+## Terms and Conditions
+
+### 1.  Definitions
+
+- “**Competition**” refers to ROBOCLASH.
+- “**Organiser**” refers to the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as represented by the SUTD Organisation of Autonomous Robotics (SOAR).
+- “**Participant**” refers to each member of a team which enters and takes part in the Competition. 
+- “**Sponsors**” refers to parties that have provided monetary or non-monetary assistance to the Competition in exchange for sponsorship benefits.

+### 2.  Introduction
+
+- “ROBOCLASH”, is a robotics competition organised and sponsored by Lionsbot and co-sponsored by SUTD. The Competition aims to promote a maker spirit, spark interest in robotics and promote engineering in SUTD.

+- The Competition event will be held at SUTD from 11th May to 12th May 2019, but Participants will begin construction of their robot at their own time from the time of registration till the Competition event.

+### 5.  Judging
+
+- The Competition judging criteria will be based off the Competition Ruleset attached. This would be used to determine scores in absolute terms. The scores will be compared at the end of the round and the team with the higher score will move onto the next round until a winner is determined. In the case of suspected foul play as, it will be up to the judge’s discretion to determine if a penalty or disqualification will be enacted.

+**6.  Disqualification**

+  - Contains any element that is malicious, corrupt, damaged, incomplete, inappropriate or offensive;
+  - Violates the terms of use of any social media, website, mobile application or any other platform used in the Submission;
+  - Infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights;
+  - Breaches or violates any applicable law; or
+  - Breaches or violates any of these Terms and Conditions or any rules or regulations set out by the Organiser of the Competition or in the Competition Ruleset.

+- Further, a Participant and/or his/her entire Team may be immediately disqualified, with or without warning at the Organiser’s sole discretion, for:
+  - Verbal abuse of another participant or the Organiser’s representatives, agents or employees;

+### 7.  Prizes
