Buddy Release for Pi 3B+

Contains software to run the Buddy release prior to the integration of the Raspberry Pi 5 and finalisation of the software architecture and build files.

This should NOT be the default release used for the Buddy build, but is available should anyone still need this due to unforeseen issues with the default Buddy release.
