A clustering routines of evolutionary conserved regions (helical regions) for RNA fold prediction.
At the moment we are testing the approach using models from Rosetta Farna (https://www.rosettacommons.org/) and SimRNAweb (http://genesilico.pl/SimRNAweb/).

To install the package, type:
