Add option for unanimated app drawer

I find myself using the app grid much more if it's instantly available. So add a option for that :)

This is the lazy version, just adding another item to the list, but I guess visual updates can be discussed in #66
Anyhow, maybe we should decouple the menu order from the code order.

@mpiannucci: if you merge this (in the sense that you like it), can you directly upload a new version to https://extensions.gnome.org/ ? :)

Yeah, the menu UI is really the only thing thats holding back adding in the ability to register custom key commands for actions. I just have some other projects taking my priority lately, especially at my day job.
