Full Syntax Highlighting w/ Tree-sitter

Took somewhat longer than expected, tree-sitter itself is quite nice but the overall integration w/ Emacs is a bit lacking.

Future work would be scope aware variable colors and bash syntax highlighting injected into run strings.
