Added new configs/options for pick:

Pick.ini - Controls several default options as well as the option to disable announcements for uniques/sets
pickAnnounce_sets.txt - Set items of these types will always be announced
pickAnnounce_uniques.txt - Unique items of these types will always be announced
OverrideXXXItemName in pick.ini can be enabled to use the text from pickAnnounce_XXX instead of the in-game text
