feat: import new course dashboard V1

Description

This PR:

• Imports the new course dashboard V1.
• Update the dataset schema from 'main' to their corresponding variable.
• Corrects the from_dttm template for a dataset.
• Serialize the assets from the operator dashboard.
• Sets the colors for all the dashboards
• Automatically creates an RLSF for the instructor role for all existing datasets.
