This PR updates the Ubuntu 20.04 Qt package, which we use for release builds.
It also enables QtX11Extras which is a new dependency coming from #59.
Tested using https://data.moto9000.moe/Overte-PR1272-05a1fa4-debug-x86_64.AppImage
