The meeting is intended to be only loosely structured. Roughly, the week will look as follows.
- Morning arrival for non-LANL folks to get a badge.
- 9am: Soft start at Hot Rocks Java Cafe for caffeine and discussions before all are badged.
- Move to meeting room in J. Robert Oppenheimer Study Center, rooms JRO 1&2
- Intro and welcome
- Downstream app talks, both existing and planned
- Short pitches on possible feature/issue targets for the week
- Discussion of targets and planning for the week
- Possibly begin hacking
- Begin the day with outbriefs from prior day's hacking and discussion of topics that came up
- Hacking
- Other discussions organized as needed
