Increase sample table width on {namespace}/{project} page #142

Currently (in PR #139), the sample table is pretty squished on the project page:

It would be nice to make this more amenable to viewing samples with a large number of attributes. Ideas discussed:

  1. Move about to top again -> widen sample table
  2. Just widen sample table.
