Initial release

The Geospatial Transition Matrix toolbox allows the creation of a transition matrix, representing a Markov Chain of the dynamics, from a set of trajectories.

The toolbox includes codes to:

generate of the physical domain
construct of the transition matrix from segments of the trajectories
calculate the evolution of a passive tracer (define as an initial density distribution)
calculate the Lagrangian Geography by clustering the eigenvectors of the transition matrix
using transition path theory, extracting the reactive currents and extracting the reactive paths between predefined source and a target
