The larger effort of getting substrate.io sunset involves the redirects being properly set and implemented for docs.substrate.io. The main reason behind this is to preserve SEO as much as possible during the migration effort. For this reason, we should place redirects as closely as possible to the newly added pages.
This PR addresses the reasons mentioned above - placing redirects for docs.substrate.io into docs.polkadot.com.

Note: All redirects have been sorted in such a manner that SEO is preserved as much as possible. More precisely, shorter paths are placed lower, compared to their longer counterparts.
