This repository reproduces the bioinformatics analysis from the paper A transcriptomic (RNA-seq) analysis of Drosophila melanogaster adult testes overexpressing microRNA-2b-1 by Manickam et al. It includes scripts, intermediate files and results to replicate the results presented in the publication.
