Translate plugin integration

The template now already contains code to show a "Languages" menu if the Translate plugin is installed. The translations can be shown either in the sidebar (as list) or in the toolbar (as menu).

In addition, a number of CSS touchups, which improve many aspects of the visualisation.

2023-09-03 – Minor styles update

• Headlines can now have their own, specific font setting on screen.
• The "Alt" font can have a font size adjustment in the style settings
• Print improvement: forcing headlines to stay with the next paragraph (still experimental, let me know how this works for you)

2023-04-23 Tiny DT update

This release fixes a small issue with <dt> elements in dark mode. It also fixes the wrong date in the template info (issue #38).

Some minor bugfixes:

• Darkmode fixes for the new design of the Extension Manager
• Workaround for a bug that can cause very weird dimensions of the <pre> element under certain circumstances (issue #37).
