I no longer think this solution is the best solution to control your Daikin AC. Recently, ESPHome release support for AC. Their solution is much more elegant and versatile. I strongly suggest you check out the project.
The project is about automating a Daikin AC. Using a NodeMCU ESP8266, you can control your AC with any MQTT compatible Home automation hub. I have use Home assistant.
To make the Wiring Diagram, I have use a awsome website circuito.io.
