Alfred Recent Office v1.2

• Office seems to have changed something on the Plist files it creates, and I needed to update to the Python 3 plistlib to parse ist again, so the workflow is updated to python3 and no longer works with python2
• updated to the latest office app icons
• use JSON format for sending results to Alfred
