LoRa WAN With the LoRa WAN addon board for the EMDO, we get full LoRaWAN stack in one basic commands.
We use the RN2483 chip from microchip. An example is available that shows LoRa WAN usage.
The idea of LoRa is to transmit small amounts of data like renewable energy production data periodically over several kilometers.
Once the things network gateway will be available we plan to interface the EMDO to the gateway.
