PostGIS, JTS를 사용해 사용자 위치정보가 법정동 폴리곤 내부인지 확인하는 기능 추가
단위테스트시 코드단에서 도커 컨테이너를 기동하여 매번 초기화된 상태로 테스트하는 기능 추가
