IBM changed their website URLs. The previous link to "Hardware and Software Requirements" (explaining optional dependencies like acl and lvm) disappeared and I can't find a new public link. As the information still seems correct (e.g. libdevmapper still enables additional functionality, as can be deduced from https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-protect/8.1.24?topic=errors-resolving-linux-image-backup ), I replaced the URL with a link to the web archive. The download explanation is no longer necessary; new versions can be found directly on the `downloadPage` now.
Readme: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/597891#Readme_8125 (At the time of this writingn, most URLs in there lead to a login portal. This might change with time.)
This prevented the program from working at all. For perl libs to be loaded, they have to be in PERL5PATH.
pytorch and many of the vendored libs build with -Werror and the derivation meticulously then disables any warning that results in a build failure. Just disable -Werror and fix the x64 darwin build.

Codeberg is now the preferred host for the ijq project leaving both GitHub and Sourcehut as mirrors (for now). See https://codeberg.org/gpanders/ijq/commit/b908e71d22c3b84396fc0a234224fca400a2d73d
- Update from 5.0 to 5.5 - Avoid `with lib;` - Remove redundant inputs - Sync dependencies with Raylib wiki - Reorder some parts to make sense - Add platform argument - Only enable one audio backend by default, and don't add them to buildInputs - Format with nixfmt-rfc-style
