You have demographics.json data. Prepare a visualization for this data (images provided). If particular item has a difference between percentage and the average is equal or lower than -3, show red tag. Otherwise, if it is higher or equal than 3, show it green. Everything else should be gray. Always show only 10 items, if there are more, they should be visible after expanding the block. Use next.js
