[Paimon] Add Paimon Connector for Trino -- Init

Description

To reduce review burden, I divided PR(#24637) into small pull requests.
This is the first pull request, which only contains DDL for Trino-Paimon.
Which contains: CREATE TABLE, CREATE SCHEMA, DROP SCHEMA, DROP TABLE, RENAME TBALE, ADD COLUMN,
DROP COLUMN, etc.

I removed Write To Paimon and Read From Paimon from the whole pull request.
