TumorML: The TUMOR Markup Lanugage

TumorML is an XML-based domain-specific language for describing and exchanging computational cancer models. Developed out of the European Commission Seventh Framework (EC FP7) Transatlantic TUmor MOdel Repositories project (www.tumor-project.eu), TumorML has been initially developed to enable multiple cancer model repositories to interoperate and exchange stored models.
