This PR just merges
unison-util-nametreeintounison-core1. Previously,unison-util-nametreedepended onunison-core1, but now I have a need for something inunison-core1to depend onunison-util-nametree.The types in
unison-util-nametreebelong inunison-core1anyway – they are similar to other types likeNamesthat are already in there.
