This fixes the rdairplay password prompts and rdpanel crashes caused by an old INSTANCE column being left inside RDAIRPLAY and RDPANEL tables if you create a database from scratch.

If you are restoring a database backup from a previous version, this is not a problem.

Bug fix release. The set global group mode has to happen on every connection (I originally thought it was a permanent fix).

I've removed the changes to opendb.cpp to make this happen and instead applied them to the mysql server itself via mysqld.cnf.

Rivendell Install Scripts v1.0

These scripts will install Rivendell with all support for audio file formats (that Riv can support). It also enables JACK support but does not come with AudioScience HPI support.

All you need to do is install Ubuntu Server 16.04 and then run the install/001.install.sh script.
