In today's fast-paced world, a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness and nutrition often falls short of addressing individual needs. Every person is unique, with different genetic makeup, health histories, lifestyles, and goals. Recognizing these nuances, this proposal aims to introduce a personalized fitness and diet planning service powered by AI.
