To scroll to a specific section ID you need to use a special link with the keyword. First, make sure you added a custom CSS ID to an element (section, container, and etc) you want to scroll to. Then to any element with Link param add a hash (#) with this keyword:
#scroll-to-ELEMENT_ID:90
The number after element ID :90 is optional. This is an additional offset to a scrolled element:
