Description of Changes
Apparently there's a device out there which overflows DIJOYSTATE2.
It doesn't appear to have have any buttons, so we can hopefully skip it.
SDL skips devices which don't have both axes and buttons.
Rationale behind Changes
Less crashy.
Suggested Testing Steps
Make sure DInput still works.
