Added a function create_shift_dict that prepares input for prepare_cs_data from .dat files. This function currently works for multiple copies of 1 sequence.
TODO:

  • Make this function work for multiple peptide sequences
  • Fix bug in prepare_for_cs - some shifts are not recognized
